Daniel George Lippy, 81, of Covington, died Thursday, September 28, 2023 at his residence.

Surviving are his close friends, Glen Propps, of Covington; Melanie and Lee Maxey of Vinton; Amanda Propps of Covington; Remington and Allison Propps of Natural Bridge; Barret Propps and Alana Propps, both of Covington; Katie and John Iden of Richmond; Norma Rock of White Sulphur Springs; and special neighbors, Eric Livesay and Adam Hoke.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

Arritt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
