Arnetta Tingler Hicks, 83, of 6315 Potts Creek Road died Saturday, January 16, 2021, in the Brian Center Nursing and Rehab Center at Low Moor. Mrs. Hicks was born January 31, 1937, in Alleghany County a daughter of the late Frank and Mabel Redman Tingler. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Husband, Howard Hicks, two Sisters, Darlene Givens and Velma Tingler
