Dwayne Roger Hill, 53, of Arlington and formerly of Covington, died, Wednesday, May 25, 2016 in Washington, DC. He was born July 13, 1962 in Covington, a son of Carol Ann Rogers Hill of Covington and the late William "Jelly" Hill. In addition to his parents, a sister Desiree "Dee Dee " Carter, nephew, Antonio "Duke" Hill, maternal grandparents, William and Violet Wooding and paternal grandparents Eddie Hill, Sr. and Willie Anna Hill. He was former employee of NRI Staffing in the D.C. area until 2004 when he became disabled. He attended Dabney Lancaster Community College as well as the Northern Virginia Community College and he was a member of Pine Street Baptist Church. In attrition to his mother, Dwayne is survived by two sisters, Carol Bennett of Gainesville and Audra Hill of Covington; one brother, William Hill Jr. and his wife Nicole of Sandy Springs, GA; five nieces and nephews, Camron Bennett of Manassas; Desiree Hill of St. Louis, MO; Lysha Lewis; Lychelle Lewis and Phillip Lewis. Jr. all of Covington; six great nieces and nephews, Isaiah, Kayana, Nazire, Kaliyah, Riley and Raegan. The funeral service will be held Saturday, June 4, 2016 at 1:00 PM in the Pine Street Baptist Church with the Rev. Thomas Harper officiating. The interment will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday, June 2, 2016 at the Arritt Funeral Home from 7:00 until 8:30 PM. Cemetery Information Cedar Hill Cemetery 1521 S.
