Vivian Annette Parrott, 71, of Clifton Forge, died December 31, 2023 at Shenandoah Valley Health and Rehab in Buena Vista.

Ms. Parrott was born November 7, 1952 in Columbia, SC, a daughter of the late Ellac and Mary Walker Parrott. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Ray Geddings, and one brother, Thomas Parrott.

Vivian worked for many years as an LPN. In her spare time, her interests included crafts, baking, candy, cross-stitch, and spending time at beach. She also loved entertaining friends and family in her home.

Left to cherish her memory are two sons, Israel Pattison of Raleigh, NC and Jeremiah Parrott-Pattison of Clifton Forge; one daughter, Mary Tindal and her husband Roger of Springfield, SC; two grandchildren, Thomas Wright of Swansea, SC and Vivian Wright of Wagner, SC; two great-grandchildren, Serena Wright and Isabella Gomez; one sister, Mary Melton of West Columbia, SC; and her beloved chihuahua, Bonnie Blue.

In keeping with Vivian’s wishes, her body has been cremated.

A private memorial service is planned for a later date.
