Teresa Gail Ellis, 53, of Covington, died, Friday June 11, 2021, at Martha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottesville. Mrs. Ellis was born June 28, 1967, in Alleghany County the daughter of the late William M. Conner and Linda Hall Conner. In keeping with her wishes her body has been cremated. Surviving are her husband Billy Joe Ellis of Covington, a daughter Linda Ellis and fianc Kyle Brisendine of Covington, a son Sandy Ellis and wife Kristin of Butner, NC, three granddaughters; Teegan Brisendine, Leah Ellis, and Claire Ellis, and a grandson Gunnar Ellis, and numerous other family and friends. A private visitation will be held at a later date. The funeral arrangements are being handled by Arritt Funeral Home.
