Debbie Lee Baldwin, 65, of 1696 Jackson River Turnpike, died, Sunday November 28, 2021, in Reston Hospital Center in Reston. Mrs. Baldwin was born January 28, 1956, in Bath County, a daughter of Nina Frances (Granny B) Smith Baldwin and the late Peter J. Baldwin Jr. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a son Lee Hiner, and a sister Jewell Brummitte. She was a cook/manager at the Homestead Hotel. She was a member of Lifeline Ministry. In accordance with her wishes her body has been cremated. In addition to her mother she is survived by a son Glenn Hiner and wife Penny of Covington; a daughter Melissa Auldridge of Hot Springs; eight grandchildren; two great grandchildren; five sisters Carolyn Hise and John Hart , Diana Shifflett and husband Hugh, ad Phyllis Lindsay and husband Robert all of Hot Springs, Arlene Meade of Scott County, and Mary Simmons of McDowell; two brothers Richard Baldwin and Daniel Baldwin both of Hot Springs; the father of her children Jay Hiner Jr.; and a number of nieces and nephews.
