Justin "Bo" Eugene Shinault, 51, of 510 N. Greenbrier Ave., died, Monday April 5, 2021 at his residence. He was born June 28, 1969 in Covington, the son of Gloria Jean Chittum Shinault of Covington and the late Donald F. Shinault, Sr. Mr. Shinault worked at WestRock in the # 1&2 loading department, he was avid outdoorsman, loved playing baseball and softball and loved his beloved Tarheels. Justin enjoyed spending time with his children and taking care of his mother. In addition to his mother, he is survived by a daughter Kassity Howard and her husband Andrew of North Carolina, one son Jason Shinault of Roanoke, two brothers Donald F. Shinault, Jr and his wife Lisa of Covington and Dale Shinault and his wife Angela of North Carolina, one sister Patricia Hunter of Covington, a number of nieces and nephews to including a special niece Unique Jordan and his beloved dog Cooper. A funeral service will be held Thursday April 8, 2021 at 2:00 PM in Arritt Funeral Home with the Rev. Donald Brown officiating. The interment will be made in Alleghany Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Arritt Funeral Home on Thursday. Arritt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
