Kathryn Sue "Susie" Arritt ,70, of Catawba, died, Sunday February 7, 2021 at her residence. Mrs. Arritt was born October 13, 1950 in Alleghany Co. a daughter of the late Roy "Buck" Arritt and Marie Fox Whitehead. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son Jason Ross and a brother Michael Arritt. Susie retired from the US Postal Service as a Postmaster with thirty-four years of service also she was a member of the Postmaster league. Surviving is her husband Jesse Cornelius of Catawba, a son Michael Ross, a granddaughter Tyler Ross and Brandon Morris of Catawba who she treated like a grandson, one bother Jeff Arritt of Richmond, one sister Reva Campbell of Vinton and an Aunt Mary Jane Spencer and her husband Mike of Covington. In keeping with her wishes her body has been cremated. A service will be at later date. Arrangements are being handle Arritt Funeral Home, Covington Va.
